The thing is, a lot of the material they actually posted was actually Protoss associated. It's as if it was the first race that they really focused on, Terran being second and Zerg, unfortunately, third. I'm actually kind of happy that they're introducing a lot of new units. It give a sense of evolution to the universe.

It's true that Zerg seemed to be shafted until the end, but I'd argue that this is a "good" thing since they're the ones that changed the most.  I'd also argue that Protoss changed to least since the only significant alterations are that they've lost Corsairs and Reavers, and the spell psionic storm is one level above what is now (though the good news is that observers are one level lower).  Their conventional zealot/goon/archon builds remain unchanged except you get the choice of two types of specialized goons instead of one.  (Warp-in is a sick technique though.)

EDIT- My bad, DTs are one level higher.

Terran has been revamped quite a bit since both the conventional bio build and the mechanic build are thrown out the window.  Sure, the conventional tanks pushing strategy will probably remain the same, but with no medics, the bio build will look completely different, focusing more on marauders.  Also, the lack of vultures (and quick spider mines) will make it harder for Terran to gain map control early game, but to be fair, the Hellion is a solid enough harassment unit so Terrans can get tanks out.  P.S has anyone figured out how the hell can you can actually use reapers?

As for Zerg... Quite frankly, I don't recognize this race anymore.  There are no sunkens/spores so the race becomes very vulnerable early game (forcing Zerg players to early harass with lings).  The Overlords don't have detection so you actually have to worry about DTs.  Hydralisks are no longer the swiss army knife of the race since they cost twice the control and twice the vespene (I suppose this means that roaches will take the place of hydras).  Dark Swarm is gone, and what in the world happened to the Queen?  Don't get me wrong.  I do love this drastic change, and due to how open ended this race is, I am most eager to play Zerg once this game comes out... Though, given Blizzards track record, by the time this game comes out, I would have finished my bachelors, gotten my graduate degree and solidified a tenure at my place of occupation.

I recommend Mobile Suit, RX-0 and Unicorn from the Unicorn OST.

Where did you find all this info? I mean, the main site for StarCraft 2 hasn't been updated with any new units or anything...

Most of my info I get from the web. I'll tell you outright that they are not very accurate (since Blizzard seems to be coming out with new tweaks weekly); however, here are two sites that I use to look at the general builds.

I recommend Mobile Suit, RX-0 and Unicorn from the Unicorn OST.

I see... well... I guess that's Blizzard for you?

So do you still play SC often?

I used to play Starcraft a lot, but these days I play very little of it every once in a while.

I recommend Mobile Suit, RX-0 and Unicorn from the Unicorn OST.

Same here, though probably because I absolutely sucked at online play.

So I just had a few games with Shadowmage. Played five 1v1s (in which I got completely decimated) and he was kind enough to give a newbie a lot of insightful tips. We then played a few rounds of 2v2s. We won 3 games and lost 2, so got put in the Silver League. xD

Here are the replay files from the 2v2s. You guys should take a look. I just love how Shadowmage uses his Phoenixes.

I like how you joined the forums because of SC2. xD

I'll get SC2 when I return to the US and then we can have a league Team NHRV. We'll be playing so much Sorrow will be wondering where all his minions have gone to.
