My very first video!!
« on: July 08, 2006, 06:13:14 AM »
Ok, recently I discovered this hella-awesome program where I can make videos (ugh, I hate not knowing these basic things!) and I had fun with it. Here's my first video, which I am highly fond of. The song is called tears and rainbows and it appears on the "Olivia inspi' REIRA" single for the anime NANA's ending theme.

I combined clips from both Anna's (Nana's) video for "rose" and Olivia's (Reira's) "a little pain". If you are familiar with NANA, then you will recognize the Trapnest and Black Stones pictures...

Tell me all what you think. It sucks that Youtube doesn't have great quality. If you'd like to download for better quality tell me, and I'll upload it somewhere. Hope you enjoy & find the song lovely.~

(i figured that it fits here, because it's, well, music and all)

Good video. However, I would have liked it a lot better if you had cleaner clips of the music videos: remove the black bars (this isn't formatted for widescreen!), remove the gray text in the lower left..etc. and you would have a much cleaner video. I loved the music :)

And the artists were hot (O<>O)) !!

Woot! Thanks for the tips. When I get more talented, hopefully, it'll be cleaner & better.

And yesh to the fact that both Anna & Olivia are hotties!~~~

Sorry to post twice: I made another, and I incorporated the anime with some images from the manga.
My sister & I made it together. We tried to get clear-cut images that fit best in the frame & clips with no annoying subtitles... Tell me how it is:

It's pretty good for a first video! It's got the transitions down. My only complaint is that the music should be a little more sync'ed. I know that though this was meant to play to only one song (and the song was pretty good), I just think that synchronization has always been the key to music-influenced videos.
