I want you to read it over and make sure that everything is OK with you. It was somewhat pulled "out of my ass" a while back, but now that I've gone back and rewritten it, it is much clearer and more defined. If you disagree on something (especially all the ideologies in the introduction), please speak up.

This is fine by me.  I think the explanations for each rating are pretty much exactly fitting with how I've been thinking when choosing a rating when I review a title.

Zounds goot.  I especially like that a "10" is not a perfect score, otherwise nothing would get it.  3-4 is where things were always hazy for me, but I think you did a good job making a distinction between the two.
