From what I understand of the manga, this particular dad is pretty much going to take this into squick land.

His voice actor makes it so much more obvious, but Etsuya Eizan really is perfect for Nakiri Azami.

THE CHICKEN RICE IS DONE WRONG!!!

Chicken rice is the cheap comfort food in Singapore. Everyone knows the 'secret'.
1. The chicken is not fully cook, It's 98% cook. You have to see some 'blood' when chopping through the marrow.
2. The cooking technique is not correct. The chicken is dunk in COLD water. Then dunk in hot water. The hot and cold treatment will soften the meat.
3. The rice is cooked Pandan or Screwpine leaves.
4. The chicken meat is splash with a secret light soy sauce, chicken broth and sesame seed oil before serving. Eizen's version is actually bland.
5. The break for any chicken rice stall is the chili sauce. As I said. Almost everyone knows how to make chicken rice that can put Eizen to shame. But the chili sauce is the secret to every store. I I know that it uses chili. And some stalls are rumored to use Bird's eye chili, a super hot chili. Then there is ginger, garlic, salt, sugar vineger, and lime. Some uses Tamarind juice and dried prawn past.

People from South East Asia (like me) will find it Eizen's version meah...And as for Yukihira's food. The one I tried uses pineapple instead of tomatoes. It's more Thai.

Why did  Fumio only tell the people at Polar Star they have anti-riot gear at the last minute. It's rather  Deux Machina. I consider this sloppy writing.

Does that really matter?

YES IT ****ING DOES!  WE CAN ACCEPT CULINARY WIZARDRY BUT NOT RANDOM RIOT GEAR!

Actually I loved it.  Because college campuses can get kind of wild at random times of turbulent history.

This was always one of my favorite shokugekis in the manga and the anime version did not disappoint.

We still haven't quite gotten all the way back to the obscene foodgasms, but we're definitely getting equal opportunity fanservice again.  Loli, buff dude, and Megumi all fish****ed naked.

Well, mostly naked.

Tsukasa: "What are you going to do tomorrow night, Azami, sir?

Azami: Same thing we do every night, Tsukasa - try to take over the culinary world!
