Yeah, okay, but what's with the 91?
My money's on year of birth.

I recommend Mobile Suit, RX-0 and Unicorn from the Unicorn OST.

Ah 91 is just an old number I had for sports teams. I had this user name since aim was introduced and it just kinda stuck (yes I've had restless leg syndrome for that long haha).

Truth be told, I suck at making names. I try not to if I can help it, but I wanted to try something new with this and MAL anyway, so I was stumped.

So I just settled to name myself after a Jet Set Radio Future song.

My name...german word, lesss of a word more of a coined term. Hmmm around 2004ish when my friedns and I were in 8thish grade(12years old), we were hxc humanists. We were more absurdists than anything. We delved hard into the flaws of society and the faults of man. This led us to militant atheism and an almost anarchic sense of justice. That isnt to say morality is predicated upon the existence of teh Divine. Anywho, this thing called "Zeitgeist: The Movie" was released online. It highlighted the similarities between the basic believes of the Judeo-Chrsitian norm and Islam and ancient Egyptian Mythos and everything else...Anywho, again, "Zeitgeist" sounded cool and thus was absorbed into my being. And that's that.

Oh, side side note, all this b.s. is why I originally opposed SQA's cristicism of the early episodes of Shingeki. Suggesting that young boys couldnt blithe on about humanist philosophy and the current state of affairs. I lived that sh%t. But hey, what's cultural relevance.

P.P.P(?).S. I posted this in a slightly inebriated state. But look at my childhood! My social skills often fail me.

When I first joined AA (back in 2004...>_>), I figured that the name sakura would be taken (or something), and I watched a random episode of Monster Rancher and the main character's name was Genki (IIRC). I think that character said that his name meant happy or something.

TL;DR: literally means "happy/energetic cherry blossom" in Japanese. What can I say, I was 15 when I came up with it.

(Holy crap that was 10 years ago....)
When in doubt, speak Italian and sing "Seven Nation Army"

Your last name is "The Sprinkle"?

Quite off topic, but when I was age 13 I made my first Diablo 2 character. I named it "abnormal schlong."

I know that feeling of "Damn, what was I thinking!?"

I google 'Schlong'. I think it means pen*s. I think it schould be a 18+ years old block.

Anyway, when I was in collage, I always carry a Swiss Army Officer Knife in my bag. When my friends need some tools like a knife, sicssors, screw driver, I'm the guy they turn too. My house mates started to call me Doctor Gadget, after that famous police inspector, Inspector Gadget. (Not the movie.) So I started using 'Gadget' as an internet name, even in my email.

When I first started joining chat rooms with my friends in late elementary school, we made a friend who gave me the nickname hayama after the character in Kodomo no Omocha. Can't say I'm anything like the character, but the nickname kind of stuck on me and here I am over ten years later still using it.

Holy crap. You have no idea how intensely stupid I feel right now for thinking it was just a coincidence.

"... The famously genial grin turned into a rictus of senile fury: I was looking at a cruel and stupid lizard..."
-- Christopher Hitchens, on Reagan during his presidency.

I read Hitchens on the Reagan Administration when I was around eleven or twelve. I came across this quote and, having never read quite so apt and eloquent a description, decided that I needed a way to always remember it. My solution was to use a bastardized spelling of "senile" as my MAL username; I used MAL quite a bit in that time and frequented its forums. After this I began using this bastardized spelling, CNile, as my username whenever possible.
