I was laughing my ass off at the Full Metal Panic sketch at the beginning, especially the "SOUSUKE!!". Seems an odd anime to reference to be honest though.

In fact, that battle was pretty amusing. It just went with the massive tangent of a battle against the tsun of tsunderes. I thought it was amusing.

The bit after the credits was strangely hilarious, and made me realize that I'm started to HNNNNNG when I see Eucliwood HellScythe, because she is rather cute.

4: What an interesting take on both the Maid Cafe and Shounen Battle tropes.  I was laughing pretty hard.  And Orito came in for the win!

Yes, but they'll probably set you back 150 bucks.

zZzzZzZz... zznrt!  Huh...?  What?  Possible plot movement?  Really?  In my random fanservice zombie comedy anime?

Okay, well, let's get on with then, shall we?

The dick was the point of this episode?  Sure, I appreciate psycho-bitch's tits as much as the next guy, but am I really supposed to believe that Ayumu "Touma'd" Kyouko into yandereism back in season one?  Good gravy.  The harem didn't need to grow.  I'm still losing my shit over Sarasvati's "ass-love".

I think Kyouko's take on her own emotions is up for a legitimate questioning.  Though he's pretty much the only "male" to stand up to her and still be alive, so she probably didn't have many other options.  Though I think she more enjoys killing him.

Sarasvati's Ass-Love is awesome. :)

Whilst the show has always been a Harem, I've been alright with it previously because it was funny and the Harem wasn't too much. However recently it's just being getting too Haremy. Saras changed personality all of a sudden, and although the exchange between her and Ayumu was nice, it could have been done with one of the other Harem members, she was supposed to be the butt love one, and she was funny, now it's a bit tiring.

The juxtaposition between the ultra serious and the absurd is always one of Kore-Zombie's best highlights.  Yu's past, the past of the Underworld, and the subsequent war with Virie were (despite Haruna and Yu's snark) unknown at this point by the viewers.  However, all that has basically washed away with time, and everyone seems to have gotten over it for the most part.  I saw the end scene coming, where the two previous warriors-at-odds had become something resembling old war buddies.  Makes me wonder if there really is anything nefarious to what Chris is doing.  I mean, sure, stole Haruna's power and all, but Haruna's mostly been without her Magiclad powers for a while now, so it more or less just reset the status quo.  Also, I have a feeling that if there was another way, Chris would have explored it.  Judging by Nene's comments, this more seems like a gigantic test for our zombie protagonist than a drag-it-out slobber-knocker.

Like Fu, I'm not all that thrilled with Sarasvati being more open with her pursuit of Ayumu.  I actually thought, the whole time, that the ticket to the concert and the promise was some incredibly contrived plot to get him buck naked again so she could admire some of dat ass.  I felt a little let down by it.

Oh yeah, ep 10 will be the final of the season for the show.  It should be noted.  I believe there might be an OVA or two, but that seems up in the air at the moment.  (Mostly as 1 came out during this season's run already, confusing things a bit)

My that was an unexpected way to end, it came out of left field. Amusingly Kore wa decided not to be outdone by Highschool DxD and so introduced a slime that eats away at clothes that was just so much more than the one in DxD. The ending episode for this series was so much better than for the last season, that's for sure, even if it was a bit weird.

The Series

What is it about the show that I liked despite it being a Harem? I think I know why, despite it being a harem, the first series didn't have anyone going after the protagonist or be obviously in love with him like Infinite Stratos (excluding moe vampire girl), it just seemed like they liked hanging around with him, ad they liked his company. It just felt a whole lot sweeter and more innocent than the average harem, I actually didn't feel like I was watching something really dirty (even if it was at points), so I found it likable.

However this season they just didn't do it so well, the humour, relationship between the characters, and the episode content just wasn't as good. They just kept adding to the Harem which I didn't like, and it was much more crude with regards to the fanservice. Actually, I suppose I may just have matured more as an anime watcher since the first series, it has been a whole year, but I just felt it was more obtrusive.

The humour slipped a bit as well, I did laugh a lot of the time, like with the Full Metal Panic figurine sketch, but perhaps it's just using the same humour and it's tired now, but I just didn't enjoy it as much. One is certain though, the ending was much better, so much better.

It's either a 4 or a 5 from me, and I think I'll give it a... 4. In the end, I just didn't like it as much, and there were too many females. Still, I still do like the series, and will watch the next series should it come out.

10: The Slime is such a gentlemen!  And I guess Orito is now at 3rd base with Mihara, though I doubt he now remembers it, haha.

I guess the close made some sense.  We got a bunch of random sides of Ayumu during the series, so I guess showing off all of his "bad" sides made some sense.  And Ayumu as a bishounen is always good for a laugh.

I'd say it's a 5.  It's enjoyable, but it's really nothing especial except for the Maid Cafe episode.  That was the really great episode this series.

Yes folks, because of Kore wa Zombie Desu Ka?, I now know that you can successfully remove the "emo" from people by running them through with a chain saw.

As soon as I'm done tightening up the chain on Ol' Buzz here, I'm going to go fix the ****ing world.  Might take me my whole life, but I know in my heart I'll be doing God's work!  Wish me well, and if you see me, blood splattered, walking along the highway with a gut-festered tree-feller on my back, or in some prison somewhere callously disregarded by "the man", it would be nice if you'd pat me on the shoulder and say, "good job, TIF, good job."
