A glowing review of a live action piece

For reasons unknown to even myself, I’ve never really bothered watching any of the live action pieces from Japan.  Aside from Battle Royale, which I’ve wholly massacred with my friends, I’ve never really cared for what the Japanese can do with real flesh and blood people, especially since I’m behind in so many of the films of my native tongue.  However, with the my mounting praise I’m seeing on certain films, I may have to take a serious look at the medium.

Sorrow-kun gives his strong support of Kitano‘s Hana-bi, which has now entered my “to see” list. And on a completely unrelated note, Kavik Ryx reviews some crappy giant robot anime called Gravion.
